Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader and Peddapally MP Vivek on Saturday
demanded that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy be immediately
arrested under Preventive Detention Act for fuelling agitation in the
Seemandhra region by provoking the people of Seemandhra against
bifurcation of the State.
Vivek told media at Telangana Bhavan, Vivek said Kiran’s hostile
attitude towards Telangana agitation was highly objectionable and asked
the latter to mend his ways.
Alleging that Kiran Kumar Reddy and his younger brother were
resorting to land grabbing activities, Vivek said the files concerning
the encroached lands were being moved hastily since the past 15 days.
The MP demanded that the Centre order a CBI inquiry into the land grabbing activities of the Chief Minister and his brother.
